Altered Book to record memories

Hi everyone
I did this altered cover at Create Scrapbooks last week, you can check the recording HERE.
I was inspired by a tutorial from Noell & Dedra at Paperclipping she sells that and I think you get a good inspiration for the tutorial. I'm going to use with the questions Dedra talks about in the tutorial and some from Jessica Sprague Book Stories in Hand.  For this personal projects I like to give a more different spin, a more mixed media cover. So as I do this project I will let you see how it's going so this way I get to actually write.

The stamps I used were from Paper Bag Studios: Circle Doodle, Cross Stitch, Checker Board, Little Feet   Stamp Set.
And Donna Downey Foam Stamp

Fly High Card

Simple Card I did loving the new stamps from Stamps of Life this set is called creations2fill has some cute flowers. With my short amount of time now simple cards are the way to go for me. 

Today was 9F (-21C) here in Central NJ I tell you freezing today feels like summer at 25F lol.

But maybe some more snow today. Yesterday was a emotional day I went down to pick up some packages with UPS and Lucas locked himself inside and left me with no keys, no cell outside. I got desperate and he got as well started to cry like crazy when he heard me outside and realized I could not enter the house. To end the story short police came and knocked my door out, I'm so buying a eletronic pin locker we will have to change the door so I will buy a more trustful locker, yes I won't forget my keys but you never know better have that.

Anyway,

Friends tri fold mini album

I'd like to share with you a personal note about Lucas, I told before he was doing some Therapy for some delays and after  a medical evaluation he was Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum, so we have a lot of work ahead of us and I won't stop creating but maybe that explain the gaps on my blog. I appreciate your understanding as my priority is to learn and help this little boy.

Gratitude Mini from Recycled box

Hi everyone
this is a mini I did with recycled box from shutterfly. I used Sweet Peach Crop Kit I signed up for the juicy kit which is amazing value.

On the top of all things I 've been feeling really sick with back pain and shoulder got a cortisone shot today and I will have to do PT. :( why ? My pregnancy strained my back ouch ! That 's my fault for gaining so much weight and I stopped doing exercises which I started again.

First Christmas Layout

Well took me one year to start to do some Christmas layouts, but got a kit from Sweet Peach Crop and decided to do Lucas' pictures with Santa. Very simple layout straight to the point, as the papers are busy its easier to a simple layout.
We are expecting another snow storm here in NJ it's been cold I hope you're warm where you are.

Little Boy Layout

I'm loving my membership at Masterful Scrapbook Design this month we're going to talk about journaling my favorite topic and the one that I struggle with, but I'm feeling that more and more for my own sake I need to work on that, I've been feeling mentally stressed a lot and I feel I have to work somethings out before something worse happens, and scrapbook does help, I'm thinking to get professional help but scrapbooking does help us to let it go and put that on paper, the act itself is not that easy. It's  a struggle but I need to work on ways to make myself feel better.
Anyway, when I saw this collection from Echo Park I could not resist is sooo cute ! Called Little Boy.















It's really cute, I still have some paper to do more layouts, maybe a mini.
I'm working slowly on a canvas mini album for my sister, soon I will post videos of that.

Little Note Book Video Tutorial

Hi everyone Happy New Year.
This year starts intense for me, I'll be busy with Lucas therapy 3 times a week plus his other activities. So forgive my spare posts.
Heres a simple notebook I altered. I used glimmer mist and stamps from Close to my Heart.
