Here is the mini we 've finished last night ! Thanks for all the people that came.

3 Layouts + challenge with Prize !

Hi everyone !
it is that time of the month again to showcase some Layouts I did for Everything Scrapp'n , this time we have a sketch challenge for you for a chance for a great prize that you going to see the details at the end of this post.


This was my take on the sketch which is from pagemaps my favorite place for sketches.

I've used this new line of bling that Everything Scrapp'n is carrying ZVA, they are very affordable and great to work with , and what I did with this package was to cut the bling and divide between the page so you can have 3 for 1 package. It came all at once which is pretty nice.

also I've used cosmo cricut Brunch paper I'm in love with this Cosmo Cricket new line and the store has 6x6 pads as well.And delight journaling book. And glitter thickers.

Also in this layout I used this fun paper Round& Round from My minds eyes and the company die cut with the little trees too cute, the frame around the picture was made with the gypsy and the stamps are from paperbagstudios.


Here I've used the Apron Strings from Cosmo cricut,Bracket Trees Kraft paper from Fancy Pants, Maya road stamp owl, The trees I did in the cricut with kraft trees paper from fancy pants,
Stamps : Ali Edwards, and Unity Stamp

I'm glad to see the comments on my last post letting me know I'm not the only one that got addicted to Twilight . LOL

Ok people here we go :



1- Addicted to coffee.
2- I like to cook but I hate to do dishes, so I have 2 sets of everything so I don't have to wash anything, I use a spoon and go to my dishwasher. I just wash my pans because they can't go to dish washer but they 're non stick ! ;)
3- Don't like to clean lol so I push most of the heavy cleaning work to my husband lol
4- But on the same time I don't like things out of order, so I'm always putting things in place and cleaning my counter top
5-I would like so bad to have one more beagle but I think that will have to wait a while :(
6- I don't like cats (sorry cat owners)
7- I hate Walmart I just go in extreme urgent need of a cricut accessory lol
8- I like to be in silent now, when not listening to baby music lol
9- Sometimes I spend days without scrapping even you maybe think I scrap all the time, I did creative break but when I do stuff is a lot together.
10- Became addicted to Twitter lol

Silence make the real friends card

Hey everyone
Not much to say today so I go straight to the card, this is Silence cling stamp from Paperbagstudios I loved this stamp so cute !
The background is a digi paper from art nouveau kit. Butterfly punches Martha Stweart.

And I have to confess just finished reading Twilight Saga, read all 4 books and less than a month.
Which is a miracle because I'm not a reader of novels, the last time I read like this was Lord of the rings. I saw the movie first and thought ahh too melow, but the book is so much better, and the movie made more sense. I'm actually sad to end the book I will miss Edward lol..

You should read ... and to complete my addiction bought the dvd as well LOL

Hybrid Mini Album 2 + Card

This is the Hybrid Mini Album we finished in the live show,
The papers I used where dejavu from Paperbagstudios, and stencils from cricut.
This week live show we are going to start a envelope mini album using junk mail envelopes and we are going to have a giveaway from Tombow that donated a couple of things for me to give.
Thursday at 9:00pm Eastern.
Also I did this card to participate in the Pixie Cottage Challenge that I heard on Risa's blog.
They have a sketch and I thought to try out such a long time I don't do challenges.

Celebrating Layout+Blog Hop winner

It's been almost 4 months I did a layout with my body in a 178 lbs not recognizing myself, the journey seemed long and my objective was to fit on my jean pre pregnancy size 8. And this week to my surprise when I went to try them they fitted !!
I'm not completely where I want but now it's just a matter of toning my body.
I'm very proud I got that not feeling hungry or drinking miracle shakes. This is a short solution , I just controlled my portions, cut some carbs, changed everything to whole eat (just not rice my DH can't stand it) and eating more vegetables I are not junk food ppl, we don't drink soda, we dont eat potato chips and I barely do sweets . But bread was my sin and crackers, so instead of eating the whole package like I did in pregancy I eat 4 crackers or 3 depending on the calories.
I saw that we can get pretty addicted of eating even when you are not hungry. That's what I did when I was pregnant. But the miracle thing is is exercise because you can cut all food you want but if do not burn you excess doesnt matter.
I HATE exercise but actually after I'm done I have so much more energy.
Anyway, from 178 lbs I'm now 165 and Celebrating. My goal is 160 lbs.

Altered Letter + Baby Card + Live show

Hi everyone, later I will announce the winner of our blog hop.
My friend Natalie from FL asked to do some baby altered letter for a co worker. It s a baby boy, and looking at the mother's blog I saw the theme was animals. So, I had this great stamp perfect for it I bought at Target I think its Autumn Leaves, and some other stamps. I think it was simple and cute. I bought the letter at Michaels.
The card was using Flourishes stamps & SU for the background. I appreciate my friend wanting to give her something hand made. The moon I used a little bit of stickles.

Today we have LIVE SHOW I dont know why I put 10/18 on the side bar sorry for that, but it is today. When it's time for the show as always I will put the show window here.

You don't have to do layouts always about pictures . This is a very special card my husband gave to me on our anniversary day. Very touching to the core of his feelings. So, I wanted to keep it in a special place.
I used the Autumn Blossoms paper from Pink Paislee and glimmer mist for the background

The picture cant be great but it tells the story , here I talk about that everyday when my husband gets home from work, Lucas mood changes, usually close to night he is tired ready for bath and sleep but when his dad comes at the door , things change. I could capture here their happiness to see each other after a long day. The title was made with cricut and gypsy also the little tag.
I feel in love with the new Webster's Page collection at the store beautiful amazing papers, and what a quality it was my first time with webster.
And this Tre Magic Paper adorable!!


For card makers there is webster 6x6 pad at the store.

Hi everyone , hope you 're having a great weekend. We had a great time yesterday at a Portuguese Restaurant in Newark it was great food, great friends Lucas loved it too. After that we went to buy some Brazilians goodies at a Portuguese supermarket.
Anyway, I have so many paper layouts in my wish list to do that sometimes when you do digital it's just faster to do some extra layouts with feelings you don't want to forget. My recent birthday was perfect for that
I used Considering Ruby from Paperbagstudios, I love this kit soon I do a hybrid project with it. The papers are very artsy.

Gypsy card & no live show today

Yes,I bought the gypsy, I bought at HSN launch and it was a good deal I think. As a mac user I could not use the design studio, which I think gives so many possibilities with the cricut.
When I used to have pc I had design studio trial and had a lot of fun. But than my pc died and I got fed up with pcs . But when I saw the presentation at HSN I could understand much better and got myself as my birthday gift. My husband as a gift gave me a cricut expression so I made a upgrade on my cricut. Now the possibilities are endless !
I'm still learning but here is a simple card using the gypsy wanderings that comes loaded in the gypsy. This blog has a lot of tutorial on the gypsy.Some people asked me is that worth it? Well I did videos before about tools and what I think is necessary, to me it's a investiment and a tool really necessary if you want to use your cricut to the full capacity. Remember you always have to ask yourself am I going to need that? So if you love your cricut like I do, I think it's worth it. But there is many new tools out there now that don't call my attention at all.

Here is the free template for you to use to make the pages of the album
just click and drag the paper to the template do a ctrl + g or command G (mac)
always put the paper above the layer to do this command. after that print and delete the paper layers and put the other papers and so on. when finished delete the paper layers and leave just the template and dont save so your template wont be changed.
The album is 4x6
I used stick back canvas
stickers avery paper
regular cardstock 110 lbs
Dejavu digital papers.


Next show we are going to use some stencils and glimmer mist and made mists to do the tags between the pages.

Digital + Hybrid and live show

Hi everyone today is the debut of Art Nouveau kit by Collaboration of Roben-Marie Designs (Paperbagstudios) & Dawn Inskip Designs at DigiChick and its 20% off . It's such a versatile kit, has atcs backgrounds ready for you just to print and decorate, gorgeous papers and elements, great for cards, notebooks if you want to do a hybrid project, here is my take on it.

This is a notebook, from one of the papers from the kit
New document at PSE about 71/2 x8 " printed in a way that I did back and front of the square you have to see this according to your printer. Also, in the same document I put this butterfly from the kit changed the color going to enhance /adjusting colors and played with it.
After I printed I inked the edges, I used crackle medium on the butterfly fro rangers used some lace cut signatures and use stapler.
I will do some hybrid tutorials soon for you to learn this kind of projects.
